As a trauma survivor, does any of this sound familiar?

  • You don’t even know where to begin, and you’re just trying to stay afloat in a fast-paced world.

  • You’ve tried getting help but did not feel affirmed nor seen in your experience.

  • It’s already hard enough as a POC (person of color), 1st Gen, and indigenous person.

  • Your childhood traumas are impacting your ability to have healthy, sustaining relationships.

  • Somewhere along the road, you lost the essence of yourself, and you're trying to find yourself again.

 VENCER [ven-sehr]
To defeat, to conquer, to overcome.

We believe in collective healing and liberation. Venceremos is the plural conjugation that honors that.

What if there was a way to overcome, a way to heal?
What if you could:

  • Have an awareness of your emotions

  • Be connected to your body and the present moment

  • Not only identify coping skills to deal with distress but be able to use them

  • Understand how your experiences shaped your worldview and how you navigated life and yet, no longer be ruled by them

  • Get to a place in your life where you feel you could be yourself, and surround yourself with safe people that receive you for who you are

We specialize in:

+ Childhood Trauma
+ Disordered Eating
+ Self-Esteem
+ Intimacy Issues

MEET OUR FOUNDER,
Yesenia Villalta, LCSW

“When you heal, you heal cycles and relationships rooted in oppression and give room for love and liberation.”

We envision the individual and collective healing of generations of people who have been historically marginalized. We firmly believe that when one heals, we all heal. It is our vision to normalize the healing experience by having a place where we DO talk and address the tough stuff, and break cycles of trauma.
