MEET THE FOUNDER
Yesenia Villalta, LCSW
I AM A...
1st generation daughter of immigrants that loves the people, works for the people and constantly strives to uplift them.
Healer, Trauma Therapist and Life Strategist with 12 years of experience working with POC, Latinx, 1st gen., and trauma survivors.
MY SUPER POWER?
I have the power to create and hold the space for people that fosters healing and growth.
My peers and colleagues would say I give them LIFE, am direct yet nurturing in my style.
My clients state they feel empowered and it is an honor for me to be able to hold that space for them to promote and facilitate their healing process. As a Social Worker, I explore systems and am able to have a panoramic view of how you relate to your environment and vice versa.
I work with High-Achieving Professionals of Color, particularly of 1st generation. From lawyers, and therapists, to mama-preneurs and creatives - there are some common struggles due to systems in power that are aimed to strip away just that - power and ability to thrive. I guide them to cultivate a sense of love for themselves, their neighbor and show up fully in their lives.
Through Therapy, Conscious Soul+Work Coaching℠ and Consulting Services, my clients enhance their capacity to love and be true to their WHOLE self so they can find their voice, speak their truth and walk/live in their truth day in and day out in life, love, and business.

Because the ancestors are calling.
Because visibility and representation matters.
Because creating and sharing sacred spaces are important.
Because knowledge and healing comes in many forms and should be accessible to all.
Because the journey to finding home can be scary yet powerful and liberating.
Because when you heal, you heal generational curses and relationships rooted in dysfunction.
Because once upon a time, I was stuck between past/present and my inner-child needed tending to.
Because it's time to heal, individually and collectively for:
Your past, present, and future.
I also genuinely give a shyt.
